PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the driveshaft.
2. On part of cars hinges like "double Cardan" which are not subject to repair are installed. In this case the driveshaft assembled changes.
3. Clamp a shaft in a vice, designate the provision of forks of the hinge and get lock rings.

Prevention

Lock rings of bearings of hinges can be located in external or in internal part of the needle bearing of a crosspiece. In the first case the ring is taken by passatizha, in the second – by knocking-out from a flute in a bearing glass.

4. Vypressuyte bearing glass. For this purpose establish a crosspiece in a vice via the plug on the one hand and through a mandrel with another. Squeeze a vice until the glass of the bearing does not appear at the edge of a fork.
5. An alligator wrench or flat-nose pliers get a bearing glass.
6. Rearrange a mandrel and the plug and a vypressuyta an opposite glass.
7. Carefully clear a fork.
8. Establish a crosspiece and insert a glass into a fork. Orient a crosspiece so that the direction of a butterdish coincided with the direction of a butterdish on the opposite end of a shaft (if butterdishes are provided).
9. Insert a crosspiece into the bearing, insert the opposite bearing. Carefully, without having damaged epiploons, press bearings, having combined them with crosspiece necks.
10. Establish rings. If necessary kill with strong blow to a fork that rings became in a place. If rings do not come into flutes, disassemble the hinge and check freedom of rotation of bearings on crosspiece necks.
11. Establish a shaft. Grease crosspieces (if there are butterdishes).
