7.6. Epiploon of a reducer of the back bridge and forward axis

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and remove back (lobbies) wheels.
2. Disconnect the driveshaft from a reducer and displace aside.
3. Check the wheel provorachivaniye resistance moment, rotating a reducer nut a dinamometrichesky key with a scale in some N. of m.
4. Designate the provision of a nut, the conducting gear wheel and flange.
5. Count number of strings of a carving to a nut.
6. Record a flange of a reducer and turn off a nut of the leading gear wheel.
7. Remove a reducer flange.
8. Hook and remove an epiploon.
9. Grease an epiploon and a pro-point in a reducer case with jellied greasing. Accurately, without allowing shift of the leading gear wheel of a reducer, press a new epiploon against the stop.
10. Establish a reducer flange, having combined tags. To establish a flange by blows it is not allowed.
11. Accurately cover a joint of a flange and shlits with sealant.
12. Dress a washer and tighten a nut on the number of strings of a carving counted before dismantling.
13. Measure a torque at which the leading gear wheel starts being turned. This moment is equal to a preliminary tightness in bearings of the leading gear wheel and has to meet standard. If the moment appears less demanded, tighten a reducer nut until the necessary moment is reached (there can be a little more norm but no more than 0,5 N. of m).
14. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
