GENERAL INFORMATION

The heater consists from thin a provolok, baked with a glass surface.

Small destructions can be repaired a provolok independently.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Include ignition and a heater. Between conclusions of a heater connect the voltmeter. If there is no tension, check a safety lock, the switch and wires.
2. Dress the put strip of aluminum foil on the voltmeter probe and press down a finger to a heater thread in the center.
3. If tension is equal 6B, the thread is serviceable, tension is equal 12B, the thread is torn off (break takes place between the center of a thread and weight). If voltage of 0 V, a thread it is torn off between the center and the feeding heater conclusion.
4. If threads are serviceable, connect (-) - a heater conclusion to weight. If indications of the voltmeter change, connection with weight the unsatisfactory.
5. The place of break of a thread can be established conducting aluminum contact on the voltmeter probe on a thread from (+) aside - a conclusion to (-) - to a heater conclusion. Thus connect the voltmeter with (-) - a conclusion. The indication of the voltmeter has to fall in a break place sharply.

Repair
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. It is possible to splice the torn-off heater thread by means of the carrying-out epoxy structure of Dupont N 4817 or equivalent.
2. Disconnect a heater.
3. A steel sponge carefully to a raspoliruyta also wipe the damaged site alcohol.
4. Impose on the damaged site a mask from an adhesive tape.
5. Prepare pitch, being guided by the instruction.
6. Apply structure on a crack in a mask, smearing approximately on 18 mm in both parties.
7. 24 hours later unmask.
