GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

On part of cars "Toyotas 4 Runner/Hilux/Surf" the printing antenna is installed, all works on which service are performed in car service.

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the receiver and disconnect the plug. Disconnect all latches and brackets on the route of the antenna. Attach a wire (cord) about 1,5 m long to the antenna.
Stationary antenna
2. Turn off an antenna mast.
3. Turn off a basis nut, disconnect the basis and extend a cable so that the auxiliary wire seemed.
4. Attach a wire to a cable of the new antenna and involve a cable.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.
The antenna with the electric drive
Prevention

Works are performed together.
6. Transfer the ignition key to the situation LOCK.
7. Turn off an antenna basis nut.
8. Working at the same time (together with the assistant), press the AM/FM buttons of the receiver and transfer the ignition key to situation ASS, – at this moment it is necessary to hold the antenna. The antenna will start and completely will leave the electric motor winch. Remove a mast, the ignition key has to be in situation ASSORTMENT still.
9. Remove three latches (are specified by shooters) the internal panel of a wheel niche in an aperture between a wheel and a wing, get the panel, disconnect the socket.
10. Turn off a bolt of fastening and remove the antenna electric motor.
11. Attach a wire to a cable of the new antenna and involve a cable in salon.
12. Install the electric motor.
13. Establish an antenna mast so that teeth on a cable were turned forward.
14. Wind a cable and involve a mast for what transfer the ignition key to the situation LOCK (if the key was already transferred to this situation from situation ASS, execute actions (see item 8). If the cable is not taken up, rotate it in the direction of an arrow.
15. Wrap a basis nut even if the mast completely was not involved. Press the buttons of a choice of ranges on the receiver and the antenna will be involved.
16. Further installation is carried out upside-down.
