Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Lift the car and establish on supports. Remove transmission (check point).
2. Remove coupling.
3. Designate tags the provision of a flywheel concerning the crankshaft.
4. Turn off flywheel bolts (the leading disk of the hydrotransformer). Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having rested a screw-driver against a gear wreath.
5. Carefully remove a flywheel (the leading disk of the hydrotransformer). On some cars with automatic transmission on both parties of the leading disk remote washers which store together with a disk are established.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a flywheel, check existence for surfaces of traces of deep development, furrows from rivets, traces of burning out and scratches. Insignificant damages can be eliminated with cleaning by a skin. Check deformation of the plane of a flywheel.
2. Clear and check a condition of the plane of the socket of a flywheel and the crankshaft. If it is revealed that the back epiploon of the crankshaft leaks before establishing a flywheel (the leading disk of the hydrotransformer) replace an epiploon.
3. Establish a flywheel (the leading disk of the hydrotransformer) on the crankshaft. Combine the tags put at removal. Before a wraparound of bolts grease carvings with the fixing structure.
4. Record a flywheel a screw-driver for a gear wreath and tighten fastening bolts with the set moment. Tighten opposite bolts. Execute a final inhaling for three-four stages.
5. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
