GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Works are performed on the cold engine.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. On the engines equipped with PAIR system (pulse system of injection of fuel) remove system of the tubes and valves close to a collector.
	3. Turn off bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove thermal screens.
4. Moisten nuts and bolts of a final collector and a nut of fastening of an exhaust pipe to a collector with the getting liquid. After wetting turn off nuts of fastening of an exhaust pipe (see subsection 5.12).
	5. Turn off nuts and bolts of fastening (are specified by shooters) and remove a collector and laying.
6. Clear the demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders of the remains of material of laying and deposits of a deposit. If leak signs through laying are observed, check deformation of the demountable plane of a collector in a specialized workshop, if necessary a proshlifuyta.
7. Dress new laying on hairpins of a head of cylinders.
Prevention Tags on laying have to be turned from a head of cylinders aside.
8. Establish a collector and wrap bolts and nuts on former places.
9. Tighten nuts and bolts in three-four receptions with the set moment (it is specified in subsection 3.1.1). Tighten bolts and nuts from the center to the periphery of a collector.
10. Establish other details as it should be, the return to dismantling.
11. Start the engine and check tightness of connections of a final collector.
