Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Take off belts and a roller of a natyazhitel. |
2. Remove the pallet. |
3. Remove a crankshaft pulley. For access to the reducing valve uncover chains. |
|
4. Unscrew 9 screws (ukazna shooters) and remove the case of the oil pump. |
5. Remove the consolidation remains from the demountable planes of the pump and block of cylinders, wash out the planes solvent. |
6. Get the conducting and conducted rotors. |
7. Carefully disassemble the reducing valve. |
|
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Wash out all details in solvent, check existence of wear and damages. |
2. Check a condition of the sliding surface of the piston of the reducing valve and a spring. At detection of damages replace the piston complete with a spring. |
|
3. Check the probe a gap between the conducted rotor and the case. |
|
4. Check the probe a face gap of a rotor between a rotor and a cover. |
|
5. Check the probe a gap in gearing of the leader and conducted rotors. |
6. Compare results of measurements to the standard. If gaps exceed norm, replace rotors in a set. If necessary replace a pump housing (a chain cover). |
|
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Oil rotors for the engine and install in the case. |
|
2. Put technical vaseline in a pump cavity, lay laying, put a cover and tighten screws. |
3. Oil the piston of the reducing valve fresh for the engine and establish valve details. |
4. Establish new laying of a cover of a chain on the directing pins. |
5. Establish a chain cover, having entered the roller of the leading rotor of the oil pump into gearing with the leading gear wheel of the crankshaft. |
6. Establish other details upside-down. |
7. Fill in oil, start the engine, be convinced of lack of leaks. |
