3.2.13. Oil pump

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the pallet.
2. Take off a gear belt and the lower roller of a natyazhitel.
3. Remove the leading asterisk.
4. Remove an oil indicator.
5. Remove the generator.
6. Remove the compressor of the conditioner and take aside.
7. Remove a compressor arm.
8. Disconnect a rod of the regulator of the hydraulic booster and take aside.
9. Remove the lower roller of a natyazhitel.
10. Turn off bolts and remove the pump, having hooked a screw-driver.
11. Remove a sealant and details of the reducing valve.
12. Turn out cover screws.
13. Uncover and get gear wheels.
14. Remove the consolidation remains from the demountable planes of the pump, wash out solvent.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wash out all details in solvent, check existence of wear and damages.
2. Check a condition of details of the reducing valve. At detection of damages replace the piston complete with a spring.
3. Check the probe a gap between the conducted rotor and the case.
4. Check the probe a face gap.
5. Check the probe a gap between (arrow) rotors.
6. Compare results to the data specified in subsection 3.2.1.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Get a crankshaft epiploon, having hooked a screw-driver.
2. Grease and carefully press a new epiploon.
3. Install pump gear wheels in the case by tags up.
4. Put technical vaseline in a pump cavity, lay laying, put a cover and tighten screws.
5. Oil the piston of the reducing valve fresh for the engine and establish valve details.
6. Wash out the condensed pump surface.
7. Apply the sealant roller on a pump cover.
8. Install a new sealant in the block of cylinders.
9. Install the pump, having combined vents of the leading gear wheel with shliyets on the crankshaft.
10. Tighten bolts in a diagonal order with the set moment.

11. Establish other details upside-down, add oil, start the engine. Check oil level repeatedly.
