| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Warm up the engine.
| 2. Transfer temperature regulator rychazhok to the situation corresponding to the lowest temperature, establish the highest speed of the fan. Open doors.
||3. Check turning on of the compressor at which click of the electromagnetic coupling is distributed, and the central part of the coupling starts rotating. After the system comes to an operating mode, compare temperature of two tubes of the compressor (shooters specified fastenings of tubes). If temperature to the touch poorly differs, gas station is necessary.
||4. On the working conditioner bring the thermometer to the central part of the canal of an air outlet. Air temperature at the exit from the channel has to be 17-20 °C lower than ambient temperature. If air temperature very high, for example 45 °C, air temperature at the exit from the conditioner can reach 15 °C though in as a rule temperature of the cooled air ambient temperatures are 17-20 °C lower. If temperature of the cooled air is higher than standard, refueling of the conditioner coolant is necessary.
|5. Further works with the conditioner are beyond this manual and have to be carried out by the prepared personnel.
||6. Check a condition of coolant through viewing glass (it is specified by an arrow). If at the working conditioner in glass foaming is observed, the amount of coolant is not enough. At high temperature of environment in viewing glass bubbles, even can be observed during normal filling of coolant. When the conditioner is switched off and the amount of coolant in norm in viewing glass is observed small foaming which disappears subsequently.
