Check and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Be convinced that the butterfly valve is completely closed at the released pedal.
2. Check a cable tension.
	3. Check distance between a cover and the limiter of a cable.
4. If necessary adjust rotation of lock-nuts.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a cable from draft (see subsection 5.9).
2. Exempt a cable from collars in a motor compartment.
3. Turn off a cable collar bolt on a hydrotransformer case.
4. Remove the pallet.
	5. On transmissions of A340F/A340E otvernit 3 bolts and remove solenoidal valves.

6. Remove tubes, on transmission of A43 they can be got, having hooked a screw-driver then it is necessary to unscrew 5 screws of the filter of rough cleaning (drawing at the left). For removal of tubes on transmission of A340E to a poddenta their screw-driver (drawing on the right).
	7. In transmission of A340F there is only 1 tube. For removal to a poddenta a tube a screw-driver.
	8. Remove the filter of rough cleaning of transmission (if it is provided).
9. Turn off 17 bolts and remove the case of valves (cm. rice. Bolts of the case of valves of transmission of A43D and rice. Bolts of the case of valves of transmission of A34O). At assembly of the case of valves of transmission of A43D it is necessary to wrap bolts which have different length, in compliance with the scheme. At assembly of the case of valves of transmission of A430 it is necessary to wrap bolts in compliance with the scheme. Before an otvorachivaniye of the last bolt hold the case with the assistant.
	10. Lower the case and disconnect a cable from a cam.

11. Get a cable from transmission. On transmission of A43 push out a cable of 10 mm – a face head (drawing at the left). On transmission of A340 turn off a bolt and get a cable (drawing on the right).
12. Pass a new cable. On transmission of A340 tighten a bolt.
13. Attach a cable to a cam.

14. Before installation of the case of valves combine a flute on the valve of the manual drive with a pin on the lever (in drawing transmission of A43, in drawing on the right – transmission of A340 is shown at the left).
	15. Bend a cable so that the radius of curvature was about 200 mm. Push a cable to feeling of weakness in resistance and a rasklepayta the limiter at distance of 0,8-1,5 mm from a cable cover end face.
16. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. If necessary adjust a cable.
