PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Performance of the procedure described below requires the manometer for measurement of pressure of fuel with a hose calculated on pressure not less than 3 kgfs/cm2. The tip of a hose has to have a design like "banjo", i.e. be condensed with a bolt with the internal through channel.
2. Check tension on the battery, turn off a stopper of a fuel tank and execute actions a decompression of fuel system.
3. Pressure of fuel can be checked in the specified places.
4. Transfer the selector of automatic transmission to the situation Park, or establish a manual transmission in neutral situation.
5. Transfer the ignition key to the situation ON and consider pressure. Compare to the standard.
6. If pressure is higher than norm, check purity of the return fuel pipe. If the contamination is absent, replace pressure regulator.
7. If pressure low, press the return hose. If pressure increases, replace pressure regulator. Otherwise check the highway of supply of gasoline, fuel the pump the filter.
8. Start the engine and determine fuel pressure idling. If pressure differs from norm, check a condition of a vacuum hose and the regulator of pressure (see subsection 5.3.3).
9. Stop the engine and be convinced that pressure of fuel remains at the level of 1,35 kgfs/cm2 within 5 minutes after a stop. If pressure falls down quicker, can be the cause leak in the fuel pump, the regulator of pressure or in a nozzle.
